The host was incredibly helpful and had a "how can I help" attitude. the apartment was centrally situated, making it easy to explore the town. the cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodation were also noteworthy.
There was no table to eat food off, and the beds weren't very comfortable. the WiFi was also a problem.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Rabbit Hole Villa in Glastonbury. Andy, the owner, provided exceptional customer service and made us feel right at home. the cottage itself was warm, clean, and filled with delightful quirks that perfectly embodied the ethos of Glastonbury. We loved the graffiti on the outside wall and the charming feature window. the cottage's central location allowed us to easily explore the best of Glastonbury, including the high street, Chalice Well, and the Tor. Andy even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. We can't wait to come back and experience this unique and welcoming oasis again. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😞.

The place had a unique and charming character. We felt like we were on a treasure hunt exploring every nook and cranny. The location was great, right in the heart of town, so it was easy to explore and enjoy all the local attractions. Plus, the host was super friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check out late and make the most of our stay. Oh, and the on-site parking was a real lifesaver!
The steep stairs, which were a bit of a challenge for me with my mobility issues. It made going up and down a bit difficult, but luckily the host was there to assist us.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. the location was convenient, close to the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any queries or requests. One of the best aspects was the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and varied. it was a comfortable stay with good services and a great location.
The beds were uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was also a major downside, as it was quite noisy at night and made it hard to relax.
